Your order will be delivered within 2-4 working (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) days after you place your order. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 p.m. (EST) and over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available.
Your dispatch email will include a tracking link and you will be able to track the progress of your parcel. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.
Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays, on Eastern Standard Time.
Note: Shipping charges are not refundable.
U.S. SHIPPING
We ship to all of the continental United States, in addition to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S Territories (Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam). Currently we do not offer a shipping service to APO/FPO addresses.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING Only orders submitted Monday through Friday, before 3:00 p.m. (EST), can be sent over night.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally to nearly anywhere USPS services, and offer Global Express shipping for faster deliveries.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation via e-mail that your order has been received with a unique order reference number given (please use this reference number in any correspondence concerning your order). You will then receive a second email confirming that your order has been fulfilled and dispatched with a USPS shipment tracking number given.
